We remember Audie every year now here in Farmersville, Celeste, Kingston, Merit and Greenville, around his birthday June 20th. I had been looking for all his films names, etc. now I have them thanks to this website. I already had 4 movies and I just acquired the one and only TV series he made,"Whispering Smith" which I had not known of until last Saturday while visiting the Audie Murphy and American Cotton Museum in Greenville Texas. A must see museum if you ever come to area 40 to 60 miles east of Dallas Texas. "Whispering Smith" all 20 episodes aired on NBC in 1961 + 5 complete never-before-aired episodes and including a long-lost episode. Added: July 24, 2012

thank you for letting me sign in. it is a very nice website for audie.he is one of my favorite western actors of all time.just watched him in "posse from hell",on the encore western channel.this is a great channel to have,so we can watch him all the time.audie murphy is my all-time hero. i remember the plane crash in 1971. i still have the newspaper clippings from when it happened.i was 19 years old.the following year i joined the marines. i would always think about audie during my time in.that was a long time ago,but we never forget men like him.now im 60,still watching his movies, and i have 2 pictures of audie in my home.thank you...rick. Audie Leon Murphy is a hero to me and many more.I wish I had the honor to have known him. I wish the children of nowadays would learn from his life and memory. He was a great hero. God bless America.
