I watch the changing of the guard at Arlington National Cemetery and when I walked out I was extremely fortunate to look to my left and saw a marker with the name Audie Murphy on it. I didn’t know he was buried there and it was a very special moment for me to stand there and think about how very special he was and that he was so decorated. It really made my day. The thought of that moment never gets old. Thank you Mr. Murphy Added: May 28, 2025

As a child of the '60s, I grew up watching westerns. By far, Audie Murphy was my favorite actor. After years of watching his movies, I saw the movie "To Hell and Back." I began to view Mr. Murphy with renewed admiration. Not just as an amazing actor, but as the best example of humanity and courage. We can only imagine the great movies he might have gone on to make. Having said that, the amazing life he had, a family man, an honorable, much-respected military officer, and wonderful actor, will always stand as his lasting legacy. Added: May 24, 2025

Hello, Dearest His Holiness the Father please bless Audie's family that I may see or speak to them. May they do as I do donating to H.H. Jesus Christ's current incarnation charity, who with His Wife H.H. Mandarava Tara, feeds, clothes, provides necessities to the veterans & needy including disaster reliefs, housing, healings, teachings, om meditations, shambhala healing tools & Dharshans. I appreciated the telepathy, it chokes me up although I cannot remember anything yet but trying to listen to the music, will try to see the movies & read the book. Much love & light, om Added: May 11, 2025 Powered by PHP Guestbook - brought to you by PHP Scripts

Men like this are needed as inspiration for us all. I wish I knew how to get this into history books or somehow never to be forgotten. I remember and loved his western movies. I am currently telling my grand daughter about 3 war heros like Audie. I think they will help her understand how the little issues we face in daily life are insignificant compared to the sacrifices some people have made for others. Service is happiness and these types of life examples helps us do more for others in our lives being less self centered in my opinion.
