I guess I had the largest crush on Audie from a child being brought up on all his movies. I have been collecting his movies and cherish each one very much. So far the hardest one to find has been "Destry 1954" but I will keep trying. I think about what a man he was. I may never have had the pleasure to ever have met him in person but I feel I know him everytime I watch one of his movies. He had a beautiful family and I hope God will bless them and keep them. Thank you for this site and all the pictures. Added: July 18, 2013

I have been an Audie Murphy fan since I bought To Hell and Back about 10 years ago . I am 49 years of age . I was 7 when he died . To Hell and Back is one of my very favorite war movies because it is a true story and the actor playing Audie Murphy ,is Audie Murphy . What a great American he was . I own The Whispering Smith T.V. series and a few more of his movies . I am going to buy more . The Whispering Smith series is so good I don't know why it was only on one season.
