Thank you very much for starting this site. I thoroughly enjoyed looking around at the different info it provides, and what it had to help me learn more about the amazing WWII hero Audie Murphy.

Thank you for this wonderful website. I grew up watching Audie Murphy movies. My 11-year-old son is doing a presentation on Mr. Murphy in his 6th grade class, and this site provides priceless information. Best wishes.

My father was a big fan of Mr. Murphy and always watched his movies even though it was for the hundredth thousandth time. He passed his pride and respect of Mr. Murphy to his children and grandchildren. Mr. Murphy was a true American hero.

Always looked up to him and his memory, knew he was so decorated and enjoyed his movies. I'm 72 so I saw and read a lot of him when I was younger. I still think he was a great American and a much liked person. His life is nothing short of perfection, God bless him and take good care of him.
Thank you for all of this, he surely deserves it.

One of my few regrets of my 27 year army career was that I was not inducted into the Audie Murphy Club. Sigh. This is a humbling website and one about which I am exceedingly proud. I was able to meet Maj. Murphy when I was a kid at White Sands Missile Range. He was a gentleman and an icon for all NCO's to model themselves.
