Summary: A private owner of a gold mine, who plans to raise equity in his venture by selling stock, begins to receive death threats. Seeking the protection of Denver police detectives Smith and Romack, the miner is unsuccessfully poisoned. Smith and Romack attempt to identify the source of the trouble and would-be killers. Guest stars include Don Keefer and Paul Lees.
