Summary: Making a living as a mustanger, Ring Hassard (Audie) is a young man who has had virtually no contact with people. He and his father, Jeff Hassard, have been living a reclusive life in the mountains because dad has been wrongly accused of murder and is in hiding. The story takes a turn when father and son a lost woman, named Riley Martin, shows up. The pretty Ms. Martin, who is given a place to stay by the father and son, is surprised at how little Ring knows about women. Unfortunately Jeff is injured and Ring is charged with rustling horses but is defended by Riley Martin. Riley discovers the truth about Ring and his father and helps set the record straight with the authorities. At the time this movie was made, Wanda Hendrix was also Audie's wife.
