Summary: Detective Smith tracks and arrests near the Wyoming border an outlaw who is well-known for his skill to break out of jails. Smith arranges for a small town sheriff to jail the criminal overnight while planning to escort him back to Denver the following morning. Meanwhile the sheriff sees an opportunity to seize the jailed thief's unrecovered hidden loot. Guest stars include James Best, John Craven, and Edward Platt.
